4-Week Reset Package - £899This short-term package offers structure and momentum without the full 12-week commitment. It includes four weekly one-to-one coaching sessions, targeted tools, and reflection prompts. It is designed to help you address urgent issues, reset key habits, and begin building confidence. Suitable for those who want short-term support or an introduction to the coaching process.
12-Week Rebuild Programme - £2,499The full Rebuild Method experience. This is a structured, high-support coaching programme for people ready to fully change how they eat, think, move and live. You will work through a trauma-aware curriculum with weekly sessions, guided tasks, and personalised resources to help you rebuild your identity and sustain long-term progress.
