Calibre Fitness is a family-run group training facility in Christchurch. We are proud to be a small, independent business, focused on our members and on creating a friendly, sustainable approach to fitness. ​We also have no contracts on any of our memberships.

What We Offer

Our membership gives you everything you need without complication. We plan the training, we plan the nutrition, and we are here to support you along the way. All you need to do is turn up. ​

Our timetable runs mornings and evenings, six days a week. Sessions include Strength, Conditioning, Boxing (fitness only, no contact), Circuits, Bootcamp, HIIT, Running Club, Sculpt, Yoga and Pilates. 

Every session is coached, welcoming and adaptable to your level or to any injuries, so there is always a way for you to join in.

Alongside training, we provide nutrition planning and consultations, as well as regular member check-ins for accountability and encouragement. For those times when you would like to train on your own, our small and friendly gym space is available 24/7.

Our Mission

Our mission is to bring people together through fitness. We work from a place of care, helping members look after their physical, mental and nutritional wellbeing, so they can enjoy life to the full now and into their later years.

Who We Welcome

We are proud to support public services with a discounted membership rate (HM Forces, Fire Service, Police, NHS and Teachers).

Calibre is inclusive for all genders and open to anyone aged 16 and over (13 for gym only). We offer a child-friendly option, with a designated room where children can sit safely while parents train in our downstairs studio.

Sessions are flexible, lasting 40 to 45 minutes, so you can fit them around work and family life. Our coaches are always ready to adapt exercises for injuries or specific needs. Everyone is welcome, whatever their fitness level.

We provide free car parking, WIFI and our small group training environment ensures you always get a more personal experience.

TIMETABLE
At Calibre Fitness we are proud to run one of the most extensive timetables in the area, with group training sessions available six days a week, morning and evening. 

Our standard and premium memberships include unlimited access to all of our sessions, so you can train as often as you like without restrictions. Every session is guided by one of our coaches, so you’ll always have support, encouragement and clear instruction from start to finish. If you use our gym only area, we have a guided app for you to follow. 

Whether you want to build strength, improve fitness, or simply feel good and keep active, our timetable is designed to give you structure, variety and expert coaching every time you walk through the door.

The Rebuild Method

Coaching Options to Reset, Rebuild and Take Back Control

The Rebuild Method is a trauma-aware, behaviour-focused coaching programme created by Daniel Best, founder of Calibre Fitness.

Whether you are ready for a full transformation or need short-term support, The Rebuild Method offers three entry points: a 12-week immersive coaching experience, a focused 4-week reset, or a one-off consultation for clarity and direction.

Each option is grounded in lived experience, structured support, and practical strategies that lead to lasting change.

Who It’s For

This coaching is designed for people who feel stuck in cycles of stress, burnout or unhealthy coping patterns, especially around food, identity and long-term behaviour change.

It may be suitable for you if you are:

• Struggling with emotional eating, food control or self-sabotage

4-Week Reset Package - £899

This short-term package offers structure and momentum without the full 12-week commitment. It includes four weekly one-to-one coaching sessions, targeted tools, and reflection prompts. It is designed to help you address urgent issues, reset key habits, and begin building confidence. Suitable for those who want short-term support or an introduction to the coaching process.

12-Week Rebuild Programme - £2,499

The full Rebuild Method experience. This is a structured, high-support coaching programme for people ready to fully change how they eat, think, move and live. You will work through a trauma-aware curriculum with weekly sessions, guided tasks, and personalised resources to help you rebuild your identity and sustain long-term progress.
